This is a unique opportunity to join Salt, one of the worlds leading digital recruitment brands. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant you'll report to the Practice Director and work closely with other senior members of the Manchester team.
The focus of this role is to build strong talent pools within the B2B technology market with a specific focus on commercial sales professionals. You will be actively involved with delivering on important projects across the UK & Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Write and share compelling sales literature for inbound talent attraction.
- Proactively source and qualify high performing candidates for specific sales jobs.
- Build and manage a strong talent network within the B2B technology sector.
- Working to improve recruitment efficiency and speed to market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent would be helpful but not required.
- Some perm recruitment experience or equivalent sales exposure is needed.
- Additional European language skills (German/Dutch/French) would be a bonus.
- Manchester based and able to commute to our city center office 3 days per week.
Skills:
- You'll have a track record of achieving / exceeding against a sales quota or goal.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
- Able to meet strict deadlines whilst being independently motivated.
- Team player with ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
