Attendance OfficerLocation: LewishamStart date: ASAPPay: £15-18 per hourA fantastic Secondary School in Lewisham is seeking a full-time Attendance Officer for a full time role.
The position will be a long-term role until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:Maintaining attendance records for all studentsCommunicating with parents and guardians regarding student attendance and absenceAssisting with the administration for school trips and other eventsCollaborating with academic staff and other members of the support team to promote good attendance and punctualityRequirements:At least 6 months experience working in a school administration roleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong SIMS knowledge Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with database management and record keepingFamiliarity with the requirements of the school setting and education sectorAll our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you’re paying the right level of Tax and National Insurance, and there’s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard-earned cash.
