What is expected:You will promote positive attitudes by pupils and their families towards education and ensure that parents are made fully aware of their statutory responsibilities, particularly where there is persistent absence.

Making unsupervised home visits and attending meetings, both at school and off-site, are key to the role..

You will have an understanding of the needs of pupils and their families and have a passion for supporting students both spiritually and academically.
