Job Summary: As a Band 7 Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality remote mental health services to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CBT and a passion for making a positive impact on the mental well-being of others. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely, allowing you to deliver therapeutic interventions while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans based on CBT principles.
  • Provide evidence-based CBT interventions to individuals with various mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.

    • Requirements:

  • Qualified and accredited as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) at Band 7 level.
  • Experience in delivering remote CBT interventions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Adherence to professional and ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing healthcare environments and client needs.
