Apply NowJob Title: Behaviour Support AssistantLocation:England, Greater London, Raynes ParkJob Type:Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hoursPrimary Industry:Education and TrainingSalary:£85 - £100 Per dayJob Duties:Provide support to students with challenging behaviour in a classroom settingAssist in implementing behaviour management strategiesWork closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environmentMonitor and document student behaviour and progressCommunicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student behaviourRequired Qualifications:Experience working with children or young adults with behavioural challengesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and patient in challenging situationsEducation:Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and MathsExperience:Prior experience in a similar role within an educational setting is desirableKnowledge and Skills:Understanding of behaviour management techniquesAbility to work effectively as part of a teamGood organisational skillsPreferred Qualifications:Training in behaviour management or special educationFirst Aid certificationWorking Conditions:Work primarily in a classroom settingMay involve some physical intervention in case of behavioural escalationRegular interaction with students, teachers, and parentsAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
