We are seeking a Benefits Manager to join our client, one of the world’s leading global banks to look after all things Benefits and Wellbeing. With the support of a team, you will be a crucial part of implementing a variety of key benefits programmes across the UK. Over the course of this 8-month role, you will have the opportunity to support a variety of projects to ensure the Bank’s benefits packages are amongst the most competitive and attractive on the market.

Partnering with the business leaders and with the wider Benefits team across the globe, as well as the wider HR team, you will be able to scope out and build up the benefits offerings made across the UK and Ireland. In doing so you will build up a healthy relationship with the External Vendor Team to make sure all external partners meet the firm's stringent security standards. The immediate goals for this role are to focus on maintaining and improving the Wellbeing strategy offerings as well as the flexible benefits offering.

Day-to-day roles might include, but are not limited to:

  • Partnering with a large number of external vendors on renewals and ensuring the best level of service is being provided
  • Measuring existing benefits packages from the firm, and determining where changes to them should be made
  • Working on strategic plans to push forward other benefits-related projects across the UK

The right person for this role must have a key understanding of the Benefits space and will be able to bring that knowledge with them to this firm to support projects, queries, and more. They will understand the needs of a complex matrixed organisation and be able to take on a variety of projects related to the Benefits space to achieve the business’s desired outcomes.

In short, a fantastic firm, a fantastic opportunity, and one that is seeking candidates as soon as possible. Benefits Managers looking to add a prestigious name to their roster, look no further than this opportunity and apply at your earliest convenience.
