Billing Assistant in Birmingham

Job Title: Billing Assistant 12 Month FTCSalary: £23,000 to £27,000Location: BirminghamAre you an experienced Billing Assistant looking for a change? If so, our clients are one of the most diverse law firms in the UK and are looking for a Billing Assistant to join their busy team.THIS ROLE IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT !!The Role:* Prepare, edit and release the firm's bills in accordance with the firm's billing procedure.* Produce accurate bills to be submitted for processing, applying all relevant VAT and Solicitors Account Rules.* Liaising with Partners, Department Managers and Fee Earners to ensure compliance with the firms billing procedures and any other matters.* Ensure all write offs are correctly authorised and documented.* Dealing with queries in respect of billing queries which may arise.* Data inputting.* Ad hoc billing and Admin tasksThe Candidate:* Must have Billing experience * Ideally have experience working in the legal sector* Experience using Aderant PMS would be advantageous * Must work well under pressureIf you are an experienced Billing Assistant or are interested in more information regarding this role, then please get in touch!!Interested?
