An excellent opportunity has arisen within a highly regarded Property Management and Block Management company in Cardiff for a Block Management Administrator to join their fantastic team.
Block Management Administrator – Benefits
- £23,000 - £24,000 basic salary DOE

Block Management Administrator – Duties
- Providing support to Block Managers with administrative duties
- Organising and scheduling repairs and liaising with leaseholders and contractors
- Chasing for service charge payments and ground rent arrears
- Actioning points of note from Block Managers' site visits
- Covering out-of-hours phone on a rota basis (pay supplement provided)
- General day to day administrative duties
Block Management Administrator – Experience Needed
- Previous experience as an Administrator is advantageous, along with some knowledge/experience in property
- Previous experience dealing with administration.
- Good time-keeping skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Knowledge of Block Management desirable
