This is a pivotal role with the responsibility to manage an established property portfolio so previous experience in Block Management is essential and in particular the management of Section 20 Notices, management accounts and AGM’s.

You must be passionate, hardworking and have a sound knowledge of how residential and commercial leases function.

You must have impeccable customer service and communication skills as you will be liaising with clients, leaseholder’s, and contractors on a regular basis.

Your duties will include but not limited to; arranging repairs, preparing budgets, and general office administration and as meeting customers and attending AGM’s is a part of the role, good interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport are essential.

Skills: The skills required for thisexperienced Block Manager role will include:Significant previous experience in Block Property ManagementAdministration of Section 20 NoticesARLA, IRPM or RICS qualification preferableHigh level of customer service skillsThe ability to remain calm and consideredSuperb organisational skillsBe able to prioritise workloadA confident team playerPositive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationshipsWilling to keep up to date with training and relevant legislationHave a full UK driving licence and car ownerThe Company: Our client is a successful independent estate and lettings agents in West Hampstead.
