They are seeking a competent and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team in a standalone role.

As the Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial processes within the company such as maintaining accurate financial records, performing various accounting tasks, and assisting with financial reporting.

SKILLS REQUIREDExcellent communication skillsProficient with XeroProven experience in bookkeepingDetail orientated with strong time management skillsGood record-keeping and bank reconciling abilitiesPrevious experience in a similar roleStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office ExcelRESPONSIBILITIESManage the day-to-day financial processes.

Ensure accurate recording of all transactions and reconcile bank statements.

Timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Aid in preparing comprehensive financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all finance inquiries.

Maintain precise bookkeeping and meticulous financial record-keeping.

Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Prepare monthly management accounts.
