Description
:We are looking for talented and motivated building control inspectors to join our team and help us shape the future of building control. You will be responsible for delivering all aspects of building control functions, such as pre-application meetings, plan checking, site inspections, and certification. You will also be involved in upselling our specialist services and liaising with other partner agencies and authorities. You will be working on some of the most exciting and challenging projects in the country, ranging from residential extensions to large-scale developments.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
You will also need to be aware of the new Building Safety Regime that will come into force in April 2024, which will require all building control professionals to be certified by the Building Safety Regulator (BSR). We will support you to achieve this certification and provide you with training and development opportunities.
