In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in preparing, implementing, and ensuring the successful adoption of business change, particularly focusing on the effective utilisation of our People First solution.

Your expertise will be crucial in guiding our clients through the process, ensuring they experience seamless transitions and maximise the benefits of our solutions.

As a Business Consultant, you'll work closely with our sales team, leveraging your business analysis skills and HR organisational development knowledge to help design streamlined processes and solutions that simplify complexity.

Pitching ideas and influencing stakeholders will be second nature to you, drawing upon your experience in the software industry and your ability to drive change within organisations.

You'll be at the forefront of our People First approach, leading the charge in driving positive change and innovation.

Job responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their change management needs; establish readiness, and effected user base; AND develop change management; adoption; enablement and training; resistance management; and communication plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver high-quality professional services to customers, maintaining open communication regarding requirements.
  • To communicate fully with customers regarding requirements and specifications.
  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of a project and highlighting any risks or issues that may impact this.
  • Always maintain a high level of governance; ensuring that activity reports and stage gates task lists are completed within the SLA.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation and company products, consistently delivering expert knowledge. .
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, product releases, services, methodologies, policies, procedures and customers.
  • Consistently deliver expert knowledge of MHR products and services.
  • Identify additional commercial opportunities and communicate to the appropriate level.
  • Accountability for your individual revenue and utilisation target and ensuring that these are met in line with the business plan.
  • Promote a positive image of MHR at all times and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and personal appearance at all times.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Support the management team to ensure revenue targets are met as per the business plan
