Role: Business Development Executive Salary: £35 - 45k DOE plus bonuses Location: Suffolk Hours: 8:30am - 5pm - Full Time, Permanent. Are you a an experienced sales person, proficient in driving new business and expanding existing portfolios? Have you been in a field based role working for a steel stockholder or similar? Attega Group is partnering with one of the largest steel stockholders in the UK on their search for a Business Development Executive to join their office based in Suffolk, however this is a field-based position where you are expected to visit clients 3-4 days a week. The main purpose of this role is to develop growth in the company through increased sales and customer acquisition. Your job duties are to generate sales leads, contact potential clients, and nurture existing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:Using your sales skills and knowledge to identify opportunities that establish, develop and maintain sales; in both volume and profit.Organising visits using as much intelligence as possible including well-maintained report files, customer journals, turnover reports, liaising with internal members of the team and accessing systems and software available to you.Maintaining concise and accurate records of all meetings, completing reports.Working with Sales Executives on information such as leads, enquiries and your proposals noted in your reports.Approaching new clients for potential business while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships already set in place, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell. In return, the company is offering a salary up to £45000 plus bonuses, company vehicle or allowance, five days extra holiday days after a years service and many more benefits.
