Acorn by Synergie are looking to hire a Business Development Executive to continue their expansion in the South West region.nPrevious experience and proven success in B2B sales is essential. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth and profitability.nKey Accountabilities:n* Identifying new opportunities and following up leads.n* Proactively approach decision-makers through cold and warm calling.n* Territory mapping, developing knowledge and information about businesses and the localnlabour market.n* Providing regular feedback on sales activity and lead generation.n* Building strong relationships with customers.n* Maximising business opportunities through networking.n* Attending and contributing to sales meetings.n* Logging all sales activity on the recruitment database.n* Embracing and behaving in accordance with Acorn's company values.nQualifications & Experience:n* Experience in a business-to-business sales background is essential.n* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.n* PC literate with a good standard of IT skills (Microsoft packages etc.)n* A full UK driving licence is essential.nWe offer a great benefits package and working environment:n* A minimum of 25 days (plus 8 bank holidays) from day one, increasing with length of service.
