Business Development ExecCandidates based in Glasgow or Edinburgh would be ideal.

The role will primarily be to aggressively accelerate the service portfolio across Scotland and the North East.
You’ll be tasked with increasing the portfolio size through acquiring new customers, self-generated leads gained through networking and various other means.
Purpose of the roleGrowing the Service business by attracting new customers: this can be new customers or renewing relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities * Approach potential customers to contract the maintenance of their elevators.
* Know the Otis business and provide good insight to customers to provide the best insights and solutions.
* Know maintenance and service strategies and procedures.
* Strong sales skills; decision making and closing sales.
* Generate manage and track leads.
* To role model Otis AbsolutesSkills and competencies * Strong sales background with a good knowledge of the lift.
* Target driven, and able to perform to set KPI’s.
* Great communication skills both verbally and written.
