As a successful Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our brand. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and creative individual with a passion for sales and building relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow the existing portfolio of customers & partners

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase satisfaction and loyalty.

• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to anticipate potential business opportunities and challenges.

• Conduct presentations with potential and existing clients.

• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to upper management.

• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote Estella Bartlett and build new contacts.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gifting or fashion industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of current market trends and competitor activities.

• Willingness to travel and attend industry events and trade shows.
