Business Development Manager in Leeds

Our Air & Sea division has expandedsignificantly over the last 2 years and were continuing to expandour UK team. Reporting into the Regional Air & Sea Managerour driven experienced and entrepreneurial Business DevelopmentManagers will maintain and develop relationships with an existingportfolio of accounts whilst maximising all sales opportunities bywinning new business.

• Buildand maintain a customer base to expand revenuestreams.
• Plan personal sales activityeffectively with regular contact via telephone email and face toface communication.
• Establish and plan keyaccounts.
• Actively promoting the brand andalways provide exceptional customerservice.
• Selfgenerate appointments to maximiserevenue.
• Obtain and maintain excellentknowledge of Europa products andservices.
• Provide advice and guidance toresolve queries and objections and ensure follow up and resolutionsare delivered.
• Be fully accountable for thegrowth of GP (gross profit) across these modes and in line with astructured sales scheme.
• Participate in marketcampaigns and understand relatedliterature.
• Ensure you comply and follow ourcompany values which we refer to as Our Approach toBusiness

• Previousexperience in an Air & Sea / Ocean sales role or anoperations role but with the passion to go into a businessdevelopment / sales focused role is desired however candidates withexperience in a sales role will also beconsidered.
• Commercially focused with a strongpassion for customer service.
• Selfmotivated anddriven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Aconfident communicator with a passion for theirwork.
• Has the ability to be a selfstarter buildown sales pipeline as well as manage customer accounts andrelationships.
• Ability to work successfully inan autonomous role.
• Must hold a vaild cleandrivinglicense.
