We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a Business Development Manager. We have an opportunity for you to join a dynamic start-up who are revolutionising the property sector with innovative media screen solutions.

Our client specialises in providing cutting-edge digital display technology to enhance property aesthetics and functionality. As a fully remote role, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere near the London area while receiving comprehensive training and support to excel in your position.

What You Can Expect

  • Work Type – Permanent
  • Location – London (Remote but needs to be able to commute to London occasionally)
  • Salary – Up to £60k with uncapped commission

Main Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry to promote the product and generate sales.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the media screen solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and success.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and market insights.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the property or technology sector.
  • Preferably an understanding of the property industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
