We are looking for someone who shares the businesses ethos and can support exceptional business growth in a highly hands-on sales role.
You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace continuous learning, and be proactive in generating opportunities both independently and as part of a team.
Their primary focus is on the NHS, and you will be selling a world-class product that benefits both the NHS and its users.
This role encompasses the entire sales process from start to finish, offering a highly varied experience.
Your objectives will include:nAcquiring new customers monthlynMeeting monthly sales targets for SaaS revenue from new business accounts.
nEnsuring that every opportunity clearly demonstrates significant value to the prospect and addresses their business problems, with this value being well communicated across the buying community.
nBuilding strong relationships with all members of the buying community.
nDeveloping an effective sales pipeline (in collaboration with the telesales team).
nProviding weekly progress reports.
What experience does this Business Development Manager need:nA proven track record of successfully selling application-based, business-led software in a complex sales environment.
nExperience in selling to the NHS or the healthcare sector.
nConsistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, supported by quantifiable achievements.
nExcellent references.
