Within our Business Development Manager role you will be collaborating closely with the Sales Operations team to develop and implement a robust US/UK sales strategy for Conectys. Your primary focus will be on qualifying, introducing, selling, negotiating, and closing contracts. This role offers a opportunity to contribute to Conectys growth by strategically expanding its client base and ensuring successful partnerships through effective communication and negotiation.

Within your role, you will:

  • Evaluate the requirements of potential clients (RFI / RFPs) and develops effective proposals for the parties involved (win-win); RFI = request for information; RFP = request for proposal
  • Identifie business drivers and qualifying opportunities; establish, develop and maintain business relationships with potential customers in the designated territory / market, in order to generate new business for the company's products / services;
  • Negotiate solutions that deliver mutually beneficial business outcomes in the client and Conectys organization
  • Work in collaboration with the Financial Analyst of Conectys, for the design of competitive pricing models and aligned with the requirements of potential customers, identified in the sales phase;
  • Support the marketing team by providing reports, verbal and / or written, about the needs of clients / potential clients, problems, interests, competitive activities and the potential of new products and services;
  • Research, create, and execute lead generation campaigns for growth opportunities
  • Cultivates and maintains relationships with and identifies decision makers to secure new business;

What will make you successful for the role:

  • A C1 level of English (both written & spoken)
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in BPO/Outsourcing
  • Experience with Sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools.
