BUYING ASSISTANT | FASHION | ONLINE & RETAIL | HYBRID WORKING As the Buyers Admin Assistant you will provide administrative support alongside your AB and Buyer. You'll get to learn the full Buying cycle, be involved with new product development, and get great exposure into how you can progress in your Buying career.This is an opportunity for any fashion loving, buying hungry candidates. You may have 6 - 12 months experience, or you might be a fresh graduate with placement experience. If this is you, we'd love to hear from you!BUYING ASSISTANT:

• Follow the competitors and conduct comp shops, looking at their latest trends, product launches and price points
• Share your findings each week and monthly in reports that you share with the wider team
• Conduct inspo & newness shopping reports - looking at websites and going to the shops
• You'll relay you're findings in presentations for the wider business highlighting any key 'trending now' messages
• You will own the critical path on a daily basis
• Ensure that all fit sessions are attended and that you take notes, pictures and clearly communicate to suppliers
• Before and after fit sessions you will keep on top of sample management for the fit rail
• You will create sample trackers ahead of key meetings and keep on top of the chasing in of styles with suppliers
• Support the wider team with passing samples over to other parts of the business ahead of photoshoots, gifting and campaigns
• Take notes in all Buyer meetings
• Prepare Trade notes , imagery and samples ahead of the meeting
• Attend Monday Trade and take note of all actions
