Company Description

Lagan Engineering Limited is a family-run sub-contract fabrication company established in 2004. We specialize in manufacturing equipment for the sand washing, quarry, and recycling industries.

Role Description

• You will be involved in the entire design process from concept stage to completion and beyond.
• Create 3d working models as per project specifications using 2D & 3D Software.
• Produce production drawings and cutting lists for our production team.
• In collaboration with other teams, you will ensure design drawings exceeds client expectations.

The Requirements

• Fully competent in the use of SolidWorks & CAD packages
• At least 2 years similar experience within a design office environment.
• Innovative thinker.
• Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
• Ability to effectively manage workload and achieve deadlines.
• Results driven with a can-do attitude to ensure solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with Customers, production, and other internal departments, a team player.
• 3rd level degree or equivalent qualification in an Engineering or relevant discipline would be desirable.
