Our client is looking for a caf?
manager to join the team looking after a caf?
located within a local community site.
This caf?
looks after visitors for the site and is only open on Wednesday -Sunday day times.
What you bring
* Previous managerial experience
* Warm and friendly manor
* Ability to adapt to changes quickly and calmly.
* Ability to lead from the front.
* Previous stock ordering experience
* Previous rota experience
* Ability to cook simple foods.
* Food and hygiene awareness and confidence in enforcing and training the team on these requirements
* Understanding of allergens and the allergen processes and regulations
