Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for managing the dailyoperations of the nursing home including overseeing staff budgetingand ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Theideal candidate will have a background in healthcare administrationstrong leadership skills and the ability to effectively managemultiple projectssimultaneously.



The Mainresponsibilities of the Care HomeManager:


  • Managethe daytoday operations of thehome.
  • Ensurecompliance with CQCregulations.
  • Developand implement policies and procedures to ensure qualitycare.
  • Developand managebudgets.
  • Overseestaffing training and performance management ofstaff.
  • Maintainrelationships with residents families and communitypartners.
  • Developmarketing plans to increase occupancyrates.


The KeySkills required for the Care Home Manager(Essential):


  • PreviousCare Home managementexperience
  • Musthave elderly care management experience with SSSC and CareInspectorate
  • Level5 SVQ in Health and SocialCare
