Caretaker in Godmanchester

Caretaker positionOur client is looking to hire a caretaker to manage 2 of  their premises to ensure it is a safe place for all children, staff and visitors.Day to day duties include:fire safety and health and safety checks for both sites.Being a key holder and securing the school sites at the end of each day.Carrying out repairs and maintenance.Adhering to Health and Safety regulations at all times.Identifying potential hazards and risks and dealing with them efficiently.Skills:Have excellent time management skills.You will have had experience in a similar role ideally in education.Have working knowledge and experience of working with building heating, security, and alarm systems.Be trustworthy.Will be able to drive due to location.Hours:  40 hours per week, 20 hours per schoolSalary: FTE £24,294 - £28, 017(url removed) WhatsApp (phone number removed)Due to the location of the office a full clean driving licence and own transport is essential.Please note that at times due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to each person individually.
