We are looking for a manager that is enthusiastic about food. Loves working as part of a team and enjoys providing a fantastic product, service and wants to have fun whilst doing so?My client is a grab and go middle eastern inspired pita joint trades from a unit in Southwark area of south east London and is looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic candidates to join their growing team in an exciting grab and go food environment. They operate an open kitchen so are very customer facing which requires the need to work with a calm and personable approach. We have ambitious standards in this high-volume business, so a diligent and focused attitude is essential. They are keen to have like-minded individuals join us on the exciting expansion journey!What we are looking for: Duties and responsibilitiesTake full ownership of daily operations to maximise revenue and profit.Conduct training sessions and team meetings as needed.Maintain knowledge of current legislation and licensing laws.Uphold staff product knowledge and ensure effective training practices.Monitor Food Alert Audits and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.Manage unit controllable costs without compromising customer experience.Oversee team management and resource allocation for efficient service.Ensure regular maintenance of unit and equipment, reporting recommendations.Facilitate recruitment and internal promotions in line with equal opportunities policies.Delegate tasks effectively, communicate clearly, and collaborate with flexibility.Support the team in delivering required standards and adapting to unforeseenPersonal attributePassionate about food and beverage.Client-focused with a calm demeanour under pressure.Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.Strong communicator and collaborator.Commercially aware with a flexible approachRequirements Minimum of 2 years' experience as a senior manager or equivalent(required)Food safety level 2 or 3 (preferred)Personal License holder (preferred)HACCP, COSHH & H&S certification(preferred)Allergen's training (preferred)A good command of English both spoken and written (required)Must have the right to live and work in the UK (required)Flexible working hours as trading Monday to Sunday (required) PerksCompetitive rates/salaryStaff meal on shiftTraining and development If you're ready to join a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional food experiences in a dynamic environment, apply now!Wild Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
