The Opportunity

Finatal is partnered with a leading private equity-backed Pharma Services/Logistics company in their search for a Chief Financial Officer. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive the company's financial health in line with its ambitious growth plans. As the company explores new geographical territories and strategically pursues mergers and acquisitions, the selected candidate will be instrumental in ensuring financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives, with a focus on identifying and evaluating potential M&A opportunities

. • Leading financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.

• Overseeing financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.

• Managing relationships with external stakeholders including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.

• Providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team to drive business decisions and maximize shareholder value.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified

• Demonstrated success in driving financial growth strategies and executing M&A transactions within the pharma or logistics industry.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data to inform strategic decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Experience operating in a private equity-backed professional services business, preferably within the pharma or logistics sector.

• Exit experience from previous roles is very preferable, demonstrating the ability to drive successful outcomes for investors.
