*Unfortunately we are UNABLE to offer Sponsorship at this time*You will play a proactive role in supporting the children in your care to achieve their daily plans and support them to understand and manage their emotions in a socially acceptable manner.

You will be actively helping the children to live independently to ensure they are able to do things for themselves.

Helping and encouraging them to keep the home clean and tidy etc.

Please Note that to work in a children's home you MUST be 25 years or Older - as per children's home regulations.

This can be in a residential setting or helping them in their own homes.

- Who are Empathetic- Who have an understanding nature- Desire to aid children in achieving their own goals- Have an Enthusiastic Disposition- Who are Proactive, and solution focused- Loyal and committed- ResilientDesirable (But not essential)- Driving licence (Copy of this is to be provided)- Creative- Sporty- Open to new activitiesYou will have to undergo a Fully Enhanced Adult and Child DBS - if you already have one this will have to be on the Update Service and a Copy of both sides will need to be provided to us.

You will undergo full training both Online and Face to Face.

Any other training Certificates you have relating to Children Residential Work for example - Level 2/3 Diploma Children's Workforce can be uploaded onto our portal.
