Civil Engineer - Flood Risk and Drainage
Vallum Associates has partnered with civil and environmental engineering consultancy specialising in nutrient neutrality and water quality, who are looking for Civil Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake hydraulic modelling of proposed developments.
- Analys latest government guidance and utilise industry best practice to design intelligent and functional drainage strategies and flood risk mitigation strategies.
- Review water quality information and provide necessary mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Successful candidate will be expected to have a functioning knowledge of drainage design and flood risk guidance and be able to use the following software:
MicroDrainage (or similar) OR AutoCAD
- The successful candidate is expected to have at least two years’ experience in drainage design, utilising MicroDrainage preferably, and have good AutoCAD skills.
- The candidate should have a minimum of a BSc in Civil Engineering (or similar related degree) with a 2:2 or higher.
