As the Client Services Director (CSD), you will be at the forefront, driving business growth and strengthening client relationships. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will spearhead the day-to-day management of the agency, leveraging your expertise to introduce new ideas and solutions that elevate their client offerings. Your role will be pivotal in increasing sales and fostering long-term client satisfaction in their progressive environment. Responsibilities:

• Lead client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure brand consistency.
• Develop strategic plans, oversee team objectives, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor team members, conduct regular performance evaluations, and facilitate training programs.
• Achieve sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to accurate forecasting.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop new business initiatives, and participate in pitch presentations.
• Present innovative ideas to clients, generate proposals, and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

 Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in professional client relationship management.
• Proven track record of driving growth in high-value accounts.
• Experience working with Retail Brands in Retail Design, Experiential Activations, or Content Creation.
• Ability to strategize and plan at a senior level.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in budget management and creative processes.
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility for evening events and overseas travel as needed.

 Salary: £95k plus benefits and bonus. London.
