Reporting the the U.S Global HQ you will have the autonomy and accountability to drive the next phase of growth and expansion through best-in-class customer experience. We're looking for a dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our client’s business development, account management, market intelligence, and operational delivery across the EMEA region.

The Role:

You'll be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our client’s presence in this key region. Drawing on your expertise in sales, marketing, and business development, you'll develop and execute strategies to expand the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the EMEA region.
  • Lead and mentor the commercial team fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to drive expansion and diversification.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and business development efforts with the client’s goals and objectives.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
