Commercial Manager in York

COMMERCIAL MANAGER - YORK - 2-YEAR CONTRACT - £450-£550 PER DAY

ARM are currently working with a multinational railway organisation who operate worldwide in the rail transport market, and they are seeking a Commercial Manager to come and join the team based in York on a contract basis.

About You:

To be applicable for this position you will need the following:

- Experience working in a contracting commercial department.

- Experience raising sub-contract payments.

- Able to provide guidance on quantification, costing of construction works and task elemental cost analysis.

What you will be doing:

In this position you will be proactively administrate sub-contract accounts from project start up to final accounts. You will be providing records which identify progress, delays and controlled change management, contributing to event registers and entitlement documentation, so that timely actions can be completed.

This position will be based In York and will be open to hybrid working

What you can expect in return:

This position Is a 2 year contract and will be paying £450-£550 per day outside IR35
