The Company...My client is part of an International chain of quality hotels.The Job Role.....As a Commis Chef or Junior CDP you will be reporting to the Head Chef assisting the brigade in the smooth running of daily operations.Preparation of high quality food ensuring the highest standards are met at all times, in line with company regulations.
