Teacher of Computer Science for full time post next termStart date: 15/04/2024Borough: MertonSalary: MPS-UPS Inner LondonA dedicated and dynamic teacher of secondary Computer Science is required to teach full time from next term at an Outstanding boys school in the Borough of Merton.This post is due to start on the 15th April and Interviews/ trials will commence asap.The IT department at this very high achieving school have a very supportive and experienced team and all members of staff are provided with laptops.Essential Criteria:Either a recent graduate or an experienced teacherA cheerful, enthusiastic and well-presented person, capable of inspiring confidence in pupils and parents.Excellent communication skills, oral, written and in the use of ICTCapable of working independently and as part of a team and willing to contribute to Departmental resources.Calmness and efficiency and the ability to work under pressure at certain times.Commitment to continuing professional development through attendance at INSETFully aware of Health & Safety issues.Aware of the nature of the School and prepared to commit to its all-round ethos, extra-curricular activities and pastoral approach.
