Conformal Coating Technician in Wallington

Holt Engineering are seeking an experienced Conformal Coating Technician to join our manufacturing team in Fareham. You will be joining a friendly and motivated team within a PCB manufacturing company who endeavor to be the first choice electronics manufacturer within the UK. The Conformal Coating Technician will play a critical role in applying protective coatings to electronic components and assemblies to ensure their reliability and longevity in various environments. This role is working Monday to Thursday 7.30-16.00 with an early finish on the Fridays 14:30 and is paying £12-£13ph  The main duties of the Conformal Coating Technician will be:Applying conformal coatings to electronic components and PCB assemblies.Set up and maintain coating equipmentHandle and store coating materials safelyInspect coated components for defects and make adjustments as necessary.Maintain accurate records of coating processesAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when working with chemicals and coating equipment.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to continuously improve coating processes and quality standards.Monitor and manage coating material inventoryThe successful Conformal Coating Technician will need:Good Attention to detailPrevious experience with application of Conformal CoatingGood oral communication skillsTeam playerFlexible attitudeWillingness to learn/developAbility to read engineering drawings/parts lists In return, the successful Conformal Coating Technician will receive:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for training and career advancement.Safe and inclusive working environment.Health and safety programs.Employee assistance programs.If you are a detail-oriented individual with experience in conformal coating processes and a commitment to producing high-quality electronic components, we encourage you to apply for this Conformal Coating Technician position and join our dedicated manufacturing team.Sounds like a good fit?
