Construction Project Manager Harpenden, Hertfordshire £60,000 - £70,000 + Great package + Project involvement + Friendly environment This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager, or Site Manager that is ready to take a step up, to work on a large-scale Care Home in Harpenden from conception to completion. The job is a traditional new build and is scheduled to run for roughly 18 months, the company has a great book of work in the area for after PC on the current site.The company is an established contractor with its roots in Yorkshire. They are looking for a site number 1 after big project wins in the Hertfordshire area. This is a good chance for a site manager ready to take the next step in their career, or for an established project manager to enjoy heavy project involvement and autonomy.
