Are you a Contentious Probate Associate looking for an exciting new opportunity with a Top 50 UK Law firm?
The firm are open to looking at people ideally 4-6 PQE but will consider more experienced.
To be considered for the role you will need to:
- Advising clients on all types of inheritance and trust disputes
- Removal of executors and trustees
- Court of protection matters (not necessary but would be a bonus)
Qualifications
- Ideally 4-6 PQE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Act on behalf of individual beneficiaries, executors, administrators or trustees
- Have a strong Contentious Probate background
