Covering a range of refurbishment schemes throughout the North West areas. They specialise within decarbonisation/retrofit of properties, and they have an exciting growth plan in place which has seen their turnover increase steadily.The Role * Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects under their control. * The Contract Manager role would be required to managing multiple site teams across the region. Delivering social housing maintenance and refurbishment projects. * To be considered you will have held an contracts manager position with a similar contractor. Having proven successful project delivery within social housing and maintenance * The position is a client facing role, so the contracts manager will have experience dealing with clients. * You will be ensuring all the highest standards or Health and Safety and compliance are met.
