A leading national law firm are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in London.

The Firm -

Duties and responsibilities –

This role offers the opportunity to take high levels of responsibility and will include direct client contact for an ambitious paralegal. You will be supporting highly successful corporate partners across a wide range of activities.

About you –

• Strong academics including law degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Previous Corporate paralegal experience, ideally working on higher value transactions.
• Confident drafting skills (of transactional documents).
• Eager to get stuck in!
