Spencer Clarke Group are working alongside a mid-tier accountancy firm who are looking to add to a Corporate Tax Senior Manager into tax team.We are delighted to working with a firm who has a true family feel who have a work hard, play hard culture with frequent and very varied social activities.This firm has a great location, attractive newly refurbished offices and hybrid working is at the heart of their firm, and something which isn’t going anywhere.This role has become available due to the growth within the client base of the firm. The size and complexity of clients is certainly a portfolio to make any firm envious of.You will be closely and reporting to the Corporate Tax Partner, the role is advisory work 80%/20% tax compliance work.To be considered for this position we do have some essential criteria which will need to you make as close as possible to be considered for shortlisting;CTA qualified or ACCA/ACA qualified plus relevant experienceOver 5 years’ experience in total in a corporate tax roleExperience of working in an accountancy practiceExperience of managing own client compliance portfolioExperience of dealing with detailed HMRC enquiriesExperience of advisory work – examples of projects would be usefulThis role could be ideal for an experienced senior manager who is looking for a new challenge, or an established manager looking for a step up.The firm prides itself on progression with clear career progression for their staff.
