As a Credit Controller, you'll embark on a journey of self-starting responsibility.

Your tasks will involve navigating payment scenarios, managing allocations, and initiating follow-ups.

Expect more time spent manipulating data than chasing debt, making this role a blend of analytical prowess and communication finesse.

Join us on a full-time, permanent basis in our Harrow office and immerse yourself in a varied role that demands accuracy and professionalism at every turn.

Forge strong relationships with client folio holders and finance counterparts, ensuring queries are promptly addressed and our business terms are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage all credit control processes and procedures efficiently.
• Proactively chase debt via telephone, email, and letter with a courteous approach.
• Foster internal relationships, organizing reporting cycles and monthly meetings to update department heads on aged debt status.
• Take charge of billing queries, collaborating with external clients and colleagues for swift resolution.
• Provide support to our SAU team through effective communication via telephone and email.
• Prioritise workload methodically to ensure efficient management of client debt within agreed terms.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Capacity to work independently, proactively managing tasks and priorities.
