Position of work: Eastern Airways Head Office - Humberside Airport

Salary:  Negotiable depending upon experience

Shift pattern:  Weekly rotas - 09:00-17:00, 11:00-19:00, 07:00-15:00

Eastern Airways are recruiting for a Crewing Officer to join their vibrant and experienced team based from their head office at Humberside Airport.

General responsibilities:

  • Monitoring operational resources and providing a prompt and professional roster notification service (face to face, phone, email, written) to support the flying programs
  • Displaying awareness of operational conditions and availability of all resources
  • Achieving an optimum balance between customer, financial and operational requirements by Industrial Awards & aviation regulations
  • Evaluating and advising on crew resource levels in conjunction with demand, "day of operation" activities and Adhoc schedule planning requests

    • We are looking for team players with the following:

  • Well-developed verbal and written communication
  • The ability to deal effectively with the competing interests of stakeholders
  • Strong initiative, flexibility and high level of motivation
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to learn new software/systems
  • Commitment to develop and seek continuous improvement

    • We are looking for team players with the following:

  • The role requires shift work and weekends
  • Applicants must have a full driving license and own transport
  • Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage, but appropriate training will be given
  • All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK
