Customer Account Manager (Logistics)Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a global business in Hull who are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their expanding business.
You will be responsible for managing the export of products to a large European client base.
Duties to include-Processing high value orders for UK and international customers and acting as a main point of contact from order though to delivery.
Responsible for ensuring all customs clearance on export freight and shipping productDealing with all export documentationLiaising with shipping agents and freight forwarders ensuring Brexit customs are adhered toEnsure sales orders are correct along with pricing for logisticsSupply Chain coordination of all productsWorking closely with customers around credit and debit mattersMaintaining accurate information on SapYou will haveExperience within logistics (Import/Export/Transport)Account Management experienceExcellent customer service experienceFantastic interpersonal skillsStrong IT skillsSap skills desirableYou will receiveFree parking25 days holidayExcellent salaryGreat career progression
