Customer Service Administrator - Part-timeWe are recruiting for our client on the outskirts of Braintree (in Great Notley) who are seeking a part-time Customer Service Administrator to begin ASAP on a temporary ongoing basis with the chance of a permanent position.Duties will include:Processing customer orders and making necessary amendmentsSending customer's their order acknowledgments and corresponding documentsMaintaining and exceeding customer service level standard with current and new customers.Liaising with transport regarding customers deliveriesLiaising with production/warehouse regarding product and order lead timesSupport with Website customers' orders and updatesSupport with customer shipment process.Assisting with any other admin duties.Jointly maintain the Info email box- responding to customers in a timely mannerPhone support to customersLoad customer orders onto Priority, communicating required by dates to Production team and highlighting and monitoring urgent ordersProviding customer order confirmations and updates as necessary to customers.Candidate requirements:Knowledge of the Priority ERP system would be an advantage but not essentialMust have previous experience in an office based customer service roleAvailable to begin immediatelyHours/Days: Monday and/or Tuesday and Friday (2-3 days per week) 8:30am-5pm with 30 minutes lunch.
