Customer Service Executive - Hybrid

Our client an established and reputable company that is a world leader in their field are currently looking to recruit a customer service executive to provide support to their business-to-business customers. You be the first point of contact for business customers and will be providing world class service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a friendly customer service team that offers great company benefits including 25 days holiday +BH, free parking, a modern working environment and an early finish on a Friday. The company are currently working hybrid.

Role: Customer Service Executive Where: Southampton outskirts Salary: £25,500pa

Responsibilities will include:

  • Taking calls & answering emails from Trade, Retail, Contracting and indirect B2B customers in relation to in and out of warranty claims, presale information or any other queries.
  • Resolving queries that the customer may have applying logical problem-solving skills to reduce cost of service.
  • Liaising with other departments to obtain a satisfactory outcome for both the customer and the business.
  • Building meaningful relationships with business-to-business customers so they have a point of contact in the team.
  • Updating records on a daily basis ensuring that all completed correspondence is recorded accurately and carrying out regular customer reviews to ensure information is maintained.

You will need:

  • To be committed to offering the best service possible to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Previous experience within a customer care environment.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • A positive 'Can Do' attitude.
  • To be a team player.
  • Confident IT skills including MS Office.
