Data Manager in Bristol

WeDoData are working with a secondary school & sixth form in East London, who are going through some exciting changes since the arrival of a passionate new Headteacher, who is overseeing the turn around of the school.

As the Data Manager, working closely alongside SLT, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the school's data management processes, utilizing your expertise to drive informed decision-making and contribute to the overall improvement of the school.

This will be a rewarding role where you will see your work contribute to the continual improvement of the school, including the success of the students through improving grades.

The Role

In this role you will have complete oversight of the schools data & MIS, with responsibility for the whole data and assessment process. You will use specialist tools including SISRA & ALPS for in depth analysis and reporting for parents, SLT and governors.

You will need to be highly numerical and have excellent IT skills including Microsoft packages with advanced Excel.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Student target grades
• School census
• Behaviour reports
• Year 7 transition data
• Management of the Exams Officer
• Exam reports
• MIS audits

Experience working with data in an educational environment would be advantageous however this role would also be suited to somebody with proven data analysis experience and a willingness to learn new systems - as training can be provided in post.

In return

This is a full time, permanent position Monday - Friday, all year round.

My client can offer a salary of £44,019 -£48,060 depending on experience.
