The Team
The current ream is made up of two Senior Managers, Jason Martin and Allan Madden.
Hannah Quinn-Hill is not only your manager but our Business Manager.
We have our beloved Executive Consultant, Jacob Chiverton alongside our Senior Recruiter, Daniel Sandoval and our incredible Delivery Consultant, Cristina Baraganu.
They are a hard working, driven team with a kaizen mentality.
Rather specially they are a proud team, they love what they do and want someone who equally wants to enter that culture.
They are a high performing team, with a strong presence in the marketplace, but need someone who has drive and commitment to deliver into this market, and can evidence their credibility to be up to the challenge!
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre procurement talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong network of procurement professionals through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide consultative support.
- Ensure compliance with public sector hiring regulations and standards.
- Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to enhance the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience, representing the organisation's values and mission.
- Stay informed of trends and innovations in public sector procurement and recruitment.
