Our client: * Well-recognised global food business with strong portfolio of Brands * Growth oriented and ambitious, with exceptional recent business performance * Strong track record of developing talent and progressing people through the organisation * Unmatched innovation capability and agility to launch into new categories * As a result of business growth we are now looking for a Demand PlannerThe role: * Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this Demand Planner is a key role within the Supply Chain team where you will develop quickly and have the opportunity to work closely with a driven and fast-growing team * Within role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong forecast accuracy and managing stock levels across our sites * You will develop strong relationships with both our factories as well as our customers, providing a professional and accurate service * You will drive improvements in waste and service levels and lead analyses to help understand route causes * Support and manage seasonal uplifts and promotionsIdeal candidate: * You will have c12+ months’ experience in a numerically focused FMCG role, ideally as Demand Planner or Demand Forecaster * As Demand Planner you will need strong communication skills, as well as a numerical and analytical mindset * You’ll be skilled working with cross functional team members by adopting a collaborative working style * Finally, you must have the energy to succeed in this FMCG industry, able to demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, self-starter determination & that all important desire to deliverBenefits & details: * This is based in a West London office 5 days a week * Opportunity to work for a market-leading business * Commitment to training & developmentPlease send your CV using the form on this page, quoting reference 9/17078/7.
