GSL Education Lincolnshire is recruiting for a full-time position starting from May half term or September 2024.Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and challenging Resistant Materials/Design Technology lessons that inspire student learning and creativity.- Assess student progress using a variety of assessment methods and provide constructive feedback.- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and motivated to succeed.- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement departmental policies, schemes of work, and assessment strategies.- Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant subject-specific qualifications.- Previous experience teaching Resistant Materials/Design Technology at the secondary level.- Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to promoting practical, hands-on learning experiences.- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate on the Update Service or willing to apply for one through GSL Education.Apply today by sending your up-to-date CV to Max Robertson at GSL Education Lincolnshire
