Director in Berkshire

We have been retained to secure a Director, construction project manager, to lead an established team of project managers in Berkshire.

Our client are an award winning and well regarded construction and property consultancy. They are a progressive and inclusive company that promote on value added rather than time served.

From their offices just off the M4, they have a full multi-disciplined service offering, that work through the fullness of clients and sectors that the M3 and M4 corridors have to offer. The business is led by relationship rather than just geography so there is an opportunity to nurture and deliver projects further afield in the UK, Europe or elsewhere in the world.

The individual we are looking to secure, will be a highly capable project manager, someone who has a strong pedigree in delivering construction projects, is used to managing teams, growing service offerings and pitching & winning work.

About you

You will be highly motivated, have a strong professional network and book of contacts. Have a demonstrable pedigree in project management, particularly in the building sectors but a background in infrastructure will be considered. As a business and team leader, you will be expected to sign off work and mentor staff so professional qualifications are a pre-requisite.

You will have a construction related degree or masters, more than likely be chartered with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA or similar.
